Human Resources Administrator

Bertelsmann is seeking a skilled Payroll Management Specialist to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to develop payroll processes, collaborate in an international organization, and drive digitalization.

The successful candidate will manage all elements of the payroll process, including preparatory work, salary preparation, payment, follow-up checks, and reporting. They will stay up-to-date with current laws, regulations, and agreements in the payroll area to ensure the quality of our procedures and processes.

• Provide internal and external stakeholders with salary-related statistics and reporting.
• Support and train employees and managers in the payroll area and our HR systems.

The ideal candidate will have essential experience in payroll administration and handling personnel-related matters. They will be proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, with English being the corporate language used daily in meetings and communication with colleagues from Finland, Norway, Germany, and Denmark.
