In-House Counsel

We're looking for an experienced In-House Counsel to join our legal team at Oracle in Solna, Sweden. As a lawyer with a strong background in technology law, you will be responsible for advising our sales teams and other stakeholders on transactions that drive customer success.

You'll work closely with our teams to draft, review, and finalize technology contracts with our customers. Your expertise in cloud services, licensing, and professional services, particularly in Swedish public procurement, will be essential in delivering high-quality results.

• Providing expert legal guidance to sales teams across various industries
• Leading contract discussions and negotiations with customers
• Drafting and finalizing complex agreements
• Supporting our public and private tender participation
• Advising on contractual relationships and document structures
• Risk analysis and mitigation strategies
• Ensuring compliance with our business practices and procedures

• 5+ years of postgraduate work experience in a related field
• Proven expertise in IT Project management
• In-depth knowledge of public procurement laws and regulations in Sweden
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Advanced negotiation and drafting skills
