An ITIL Foundation certification and understanding of ITSM principles are essential. Experience in Learning Management Systems can be beneficial. Your knowledge should be backed by a university degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience. Proficiency in English and Swedish is necessary for effective communication in a global environment.

You will be proactive and take initiatives to identify and implement opportunities for development. Your ability to drive efficiency by aligning process strategy with day-to-day operations is crucial. Strong coordination and communication skills enable you to engage stakeholders effectively, ensuring successful process adoption. With a focus on change management, you will support and guide teams through transitions and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
