Senior Sales Director

This Senior Sales Manager position is responsible for leading the Merchant Sales team and driving growth within the company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management and be able to develop and motivate a team to achieve sales targets.
ResponsibilitiesTeam Development: Develop and motivate a team to achieve sales targets, set clear objectives and performance incentives, and organize training and sales coaching.
Business Growth: Identify and seize new revenue opportunities, exceed sales targets, develop and implement sales strategies, and ensure excellent reporting of Merchant sales activities.
Merchant Portfolio: Define and execute strategies to improve merchant coverage, conduct business reviews with key merchants, monitor financial performance and drive revenue growth through pricing strategies and renegotiations.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders to identify growth opportunities, improve merchant experience, and ensure alignment in the delivery of post-sale services to merchants.
Relationship Building: Maintain strong partnerships with top partner accounts, negotiate deals focused on revenue growth, product adoption, and customer engagement, and represent Edenred externally.
Proven experience in a commercial leadership role - a minimum of 3+ years of in sales management in relevant industries.
Experience in the Payments Industry and Merchants/Partners Management is considered advantageous.
Demonstrated ability to forecast sales, build sales plans, and consistently hit KPIs.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in Swedish and English.
