About the Role

Infotree Global Solutions is seeking a skilled Packaging Materials Specialist to join our Material Solutions team. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities.

Main Responsibilities

• The ideal candidate will work closely with our scrum team to translate requirements into sub-system requirements and technical specifications for packaging materials.
• They will support the translation of requirements into packaging material and package design, ensuring alignment with our company's standards and procedures.
• This role involves defining VV strategy related to packaging materials and packages for technology and product development projects, executing it effectively, and driving root cause investigations on packaging material and package performance and functionality.
• The successful candidate will also coordinate with suppliers, specialists, laboratories, and converting factories to ensure smooth execution of packaging material and package activities according to existing procedures, standards, and methods.
• They will be responsible for writing test specifications, analyzing results using reports, and developing and implementing new procedures, tests validation methods according to requirements.

Requirements

• We are looking for an analytical individual with clear communication skills, able to manage complexity and ambiguity.
• The ideal candidate should be a team player who can take on their own initiatives and activities while coordinating with others.
• They should have a natural drive for problem-solving and be able to deliver desirable results.
• A Master of Science in Materials or similar degree is preferred.
• Good communication skills in English are essential.

Preferred Qualifications

• Past experience in the product development process in the packaging area would be beneficial.
• Technical test methodologies experience in the area of packaging is a plus.
• Familiarity with Packaging Material, Food Package Interaction, and Statistics is desired.
• Self-sufficiency in Physical Testing and knowledge of Requirement Management procedure are highly valued.
• Knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodology is a bonus.
