The Role of a Lean Specialist

In this key role, you will act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers in leveraging Lean methodologies and our digital solutions to improve their operations. You will collaborate with the commercial team in pre-sales processes, delivering value-driven demonstrations and workshops to help customers unlock operational excellence.

Your responsibilities will include working directly with customers to define their needs and recommend best practices for using Mevisio's platform to support Lean and operational goals. You will also assist in designing and configuring solutions that align with Lean principles, including workflows and KPIs.

  • Provide input to the product team to ensure our platform continues to meet the needs of the manufacturing industry.

Requirements

">

We're looking for a candidate with a strong background in Lean methodologies and operational excellence, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a consulting or advisory role. A deep understanding of manufacturing processes and challenges, with experience working with global customers, is essential. Proven experience in facilitating workshops, pre-sales engagements, or implementing Lean strategies in a digital context is also required.

A consultative mindset with excellent communication skills, able to connect with customers at all levels, is crucial. Commercial acumen and a collaborative approach to working within a fast-growing SaaS company are also essential. Fluency in English is required, and additional languages such as German or French are a plus.
