Job Description

  • As a Regional Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Stryker's Orthopaedic Instruments products in the Göteborg & VGR region.
  • You will identify, analyze, and prospect new customers, while providing ongoing service to existing customers.
  • You will plan and implement strategies in the sales process and conduct negotiations with surgeons, hospital administration, and purchasing departments.
  • You will advise and train medical and surgical professionals on the use of our products during demonstrations and provide clinical support in the operating room when needed.
  • You will participate in congresses, seminars, and business meetings to identify potential new customers and expand your knowledge for customer contact.
  • You will prepare orders for interested customers and be a reliable partner for our customers during order follow-up.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • You have demonstrable sales experience in industries such as MedTech, Pharmaceuticals, BioTech, or related.
  • Orthopedics/anatomy knowledge is not mandatory, but it is an advantage.
  • You hold a diploma/degree in fields such as business administration, physiotherapy, nursing, sciences, healthcare, or in any other relevant area or technical career.
  • Excellent communication skills with proficiency in spoken and written English and Swedish are required.
  • You hold a valid driver's license as this position involves regular customer visits.
