Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement technical solutions that meet business requirements and architectural quality standards.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure solutions are aligned with target architecture and principles.
- Drive technical development aligned with Target Architecture and business vision.
- Support team members by delivering knowledge and guidance in the technical vision.
- Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a Solution Architect.
- 5 years of experience in solution development in mainframe/zOS.
- Experience with iCobol, DB2/SQL, JCL, and IDz.
- Experience as a Tech Lead and ability to drive, lead, and innovate technical development.
- Curiosity and interest in how technology can be used to solve business challenges.
- Ability to drive change in a virtual organization using agile methodologies.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in one Scandinavian language.
