About the Position
We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager for the QA QC Compliance & Projects department. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and processes.
- You will oversee the quality status of your system/projects.
- You will provide GMP support to other departments.
- You will participate in regulatory authority inspections/internal or external audits.
Your Responsibilities
You will handle deviations, OOS, Change controls & complaints. You will write, review, and approve quality documentation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align QA initiatives with business and operational objectives.
Requirements
We require someone with an absolute passion for quality, a desire to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, ability to work as part of a team and independently, appetite for driving change, fun can-do attitude, being supportive and respectful to coworkers, resourcefulness, and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills both verbally and written in English as well as Swedish are essential. An academic degree ideally within the field of Pharmacy, Natural Sciences, or Engineering would be beneficial.
