The Substation Quality Expert role is critical in ensuring the highest standards of quality across EPC and substation projects. As part of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing quality management systems that meet industry standards and project specifications.
You will work closely with our site teams, contractors, and sub-contractors to ensure on-site activities comply with defined quality management systems, project control programs, and inspection and test plans. Additionally, you will maintain accurate and comprehensive quality documentation, including inspection reports and test records from sites.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Implementing and Maintaining Quality Management Systems: Develop and maintain Quality Management Systems, Project Control Program (PCP), and Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) for EPC and substation projects.
- Supervising on-site activities: Conduct regular inspections on site and supervise site contractors & sub-contractors to ensure on-site activities comply with defined Quality Management Systems, the Project Control Program (PCP), pre-inspection requirements & Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs).
- Documentation: Supervise and ensure that red-markups in the Technical Plant Documentation are completed continuously during the course of the project. Maintain accurate and comprehensive quality documentation, including inspection reports and test records from sites.
