Key Responsibilities

We're seeking an individual with strong analytical skills and a background in battery technology and/or quality assurance to join our team. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and Implementing Quality Control Processes: You'll work closely with our production team to develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure the highest standards of battery cell production.
  • Conducting Regular Inspections and Testing: You'll conduct regular inspections and testing of battery cells at various stages of production to identify defects or deviations from quality standards.
  • Analyzing Data and Identifying Trends: You'll analyze data from inspections and testing to identify trends and root causes of quality issues.
  • Troubleshooting and Resolving Quality Issues: You'll work closely with our engineering and technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve quality-related issues.

You'll also be responsible for maintaining detailed records of quality control activities, including inspection results, test data, and corrective actions taken. Additionally, you'll prepare and present reports on quality performance to management and other stakeholders.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and a proactive mindset. Strong collaboration skills are also essential, as you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent adherence to quality standards.

  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field is required; a Master's degree or higher is preferred.
  • Experience: Over 4 years of proven experience in quality control or quality assurance within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the battery or electronics industry.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, tools, and standards (e.g., ISO) is essential. Experience with battery cell production processes and testing methods is highly desirable.
