About the Job

This position reports to the Business Intelligence Manager and is based at the Swedish HQ in Malmö. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in strengthening B&R Sweden's marketing communication with a special focus on digital marketing. You will collaborate closely with both the sales and marketing teams to design and implement integrated campaigns that enhance brand visibility and drive lead generation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintaining and updating our communication channels, including the company website and social media platforms, to ensure engaging and current content.
  • Supporting the planning and execution of various events such as conferences, trade shows, academy sessions, promotional activities, and technical days.
  • Coodinating marketing budgets and expenses, monitoring key performance indicators, and conducting return-on-investment analyses.
  • Supporting the sales team with promotional materials and helping to manage customer relationships.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Experience in a similar role, including digital marketing.
  • Experience and personal interest in digitalization and marketing automation.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with partners, vendors, internal customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • A positive and service-minded attitude with customer focus and a team player.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and work well under pressure.
