Responsibilities

As a Compliance Officer - ISO Frameworks, you will be responsible for promoting the management system as an integral part of daily business operations. This includes serving as a point of contact for external ISO certification bodies and guiding them during the execution of annual audits.

You will also be responsible for conducting and documenting internal audits, collaborating with other internal auditors in Power Transformers to ensure an effective and aligned approach to audits, and providing regular status reports on internal and external audit non-conformities.

Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs for relevant employees, ensuring that they are familiar with the company's policies and procedures related to quality and sustainability.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards and be able to communicate effectively with various stakeholders. A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a hybrid model are also essential requirements for this role.
