Corporate Lawyer

At Oracle, we are seeking a skilled Corporate Lawyer to join our team in Solna, Sweden. As a lawyer with a passion for technology, you will work closely with our sales teams and other stakeholders to advise on transactions that enable our customers to realize their full digital potential.

Drafting, reviewing, and finalizing technology contracts with our customers is a key responsibility of this role. You will provide advice on agreements in cloud services, licensing, and professional services, with a focus on Swedish public procurement.

• Providing legal support to sales teams across various industry sectors
• Independently handling contract discussions and drafts
• Drafting and negotiating major or complex non-standard agreements
• Supporting our participation in public and private tenders
• Advising on the structure of contractual relationships and documents
• Identifying and analyzing risks, providing appropriate legal solutions to any queries
• Ensuring compliance with our business practices, policies, and procedures

• 5+ years of relevant postgraduate work experience
• Qualified experience in dealing with IT Projects
• Documented knowledge on public procurement; in general and specifically for Sweden
• Ability to perform under pressure and to work independently
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and English
• High-level legal drafting skills
• Negotiation skills
