About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager to join our Energy Solutions team in Malmö. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving our regional supply chain strategy, enabling our business to achieve its financial, resilience, and sustainability goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic supply chain plans to support our Energy Solutions business
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring a stable and resilient supply chain
  • Lead a team of 10 highly skilled Supply Chain professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success
  • Collaborate with international supply chain community to drive innovation and best practices
  • Drive the industrialization of end-to-end procurement processes, digitalization agenda, automation, and data transparency
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have several years of leadership experience in general management and Supply Chain, with extensive skills in Supply Chain strategies and analysis methodologies. You will also have significant negotiation experience, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to understand business needs. Fluency in Swedish and English is required, and a university degree in Engineering or Economics is preferred.
