About the Job

In this exciting role, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for the service and maintenance of wind farms in Scandinavia and beyond. As a Wind Turbine Maintenance Specialist, your main objective will be to ensure the efficient operation of our wind turbines, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.

You will be working closely with our customers, identifying potential issues and developing effective solutions to resolve them. Your strong technical skills, combined with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have the following key responsibilities:

  1. Conduct regular site visits to inspect and maintain wind turbines, performing routine checks and repairs as needed
  2. Analyze data from our condition monitoring systems to identify potential issues and develop proactive maintenance plans
  3. Work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements
  4. Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including daily reports and documentation of completed tasks
  5. Collaborate with our technical teams to develop and implement new maintenance procedures and best practices
