  4. Ensure network reliability, scalability and security.
  5. Monitor system performance, optimize metrics and meet SLAs.
  6. Enhance call quality, reduce latency and ensure compliance with regulations.
  7. Implement security measures to protect networks and data.
  8. Collaborate with IT teams and external stakeholders for system integration.
About You:

To succeed in this role, you'll need strong leadership skills, experience in driving digital transformation, and a solid understanding of telecommunication technologies like PBX systems, VoIP, SIP, and networking.

You should be able to communicate effectively with teams and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Fluency in English is required, and Swedish is a plus.
