About the Role
We are looking for a sales leader to join our team at Redpill Linpro. The role will be responsible for driving sales of agile IT solutions in Sweden, with a focus on growing the business within this area.
Main Responsibilities
- Business Development - Drive sales process against identified segments
- Key Account Management - Manage and develop existing customers
- Marketing Activities - Participate in marketing activities on a Nordic level
- Market Segmentation and Customer Mapping
Support Functions:
You will have access to colleagues with other areas of responsibility as well as a marketing function that works to drive inquiries. You will also receive support with meeting bookings where there are established relationships with a partner.
Requirements
We are looking for someone who is passionate about digitalization and believes that the future lies in working agile and meeting customer needs with a modern offer. The drivers for this transformation lie in an increasingly digitalized business that develops at a higher pace. We are looking for someone who has:
- A desire to drive business from A to Z
- A genuine interest in technology and likes to follow market developments
- Experience in B2B solution sales
- After-secondary education, academic, YH/KY or equivalent
- It's meritorious if you have experience in the area of operation/outsource
- You are a positive person who likes to take personal responsibility
The role is located in Stockholm but involves national responsibility with planned trips.
