At Bondi Chefrekrytering AB, we are seeking a Healthcare Market Specialist to join our Scandinavian Women's Health Care (WHC) Team. This position is based in Hyllie, Malmö.

The purpose of the role is to contribute to the overall development and performance of Exeltis' portfolio by defining key stakeholders and securing awareness and competitive market access for Exeltis' products within the WHC area in Denmark.

This requires working closely with the Sales Manager and Nordic Category Manager to develop awareness of Exeltis' portfolio. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing a market- and access plan based on input from earlier experience and insights of the Danish healthcare structures.

Key responsibilities include executing and following up the market- and access plan customized for Denmark, aligned with the overall Nordic strategies. The ideal candidate will also create clarity on key priorities, propose, implement and follow-up projects to ensure growth, taking into account the products' life cycle and patient journey.

Maintaining solid relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and stakeholders within WHC is essential. This includes mapping and establishing relationships with individuals and groups that impose high influence, as well as continuously searching for collaboration and access opportunities with relevant stakeholders and organizations.

Analyze and execute digital promotion and activities in collaboration with the Nordic marketing team. Ensure the availability of relevant marketing- and promotional material and manage the national marketing budget responsibly.

Furthermore, this role involves supporting in pricing and reimbursement processes and reporting to the Scandinavian Sales Manager.

We require a University degree in business, economics, pharmacy or similar fields and 2-4 years of work experience in comparable roles within the pharma industry. In-depth knowledge of the Danish healthcare system structures, profound understanding of ethical rules and compliance within Danish Pharma, and experience with digital marketing are essential. Strong skills in Microsoft Office, high proficiency in spoken and written Danish and English, and experience from Womens' Health Care Sector are highly appreciated.
