Your Key Accountabilities

  1. Lead team-based problem solving using the 8D approach and implement solutions efficiently.
  2. Develop and execute strategic improvement projects to enhance organizational performance.
  3. Analyze data and processes to identify areas for improvement and implement changes effectively.
  4. Collaborate on R&D projects, ensuring timely and effective implementation and quality adherence.
  5. Stay updated with the latest problem-solving methodologies, such as FMEA, DFMA, and DFQ.
  6. Embody Hitachi Energy's core values of safety and integrity, fostering a culture of responsibility and accountability.

Your Background

  1. You hold an engineering degree or similar qualification in a technical field.
  2. Preferably, you have experience in power transformers or high voltage products/systems.
  3. A natural leader with a strong drive to achieve process excellence.
  4. A high focus on quality and process compliance is crucial.
  5. You are a structured individual with excellent facilitation and problem-solving skills, willing to learn and adapt.
  6. Familiarity with Excel and/or Power BI is advantageous.
  7. Fluency in English is required due to global operations.
