About the Role:

We're seeking an experienced Game Publishing Director to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of game publishing projects. This role requires overseeing timelines, budgets, and resource allocation while ensuring smooth communication between teams.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in game production, project management, or a related field within the gaming industry. They should be familiar with AAA game development lifecycles, international game publishing processes, and project management tools like JIRA and Trello.

Main Responsibilities:

Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of game publishing projectsServe as the primary point of contact between development teams, marketing, sales, and external partnersOversee quality assurance processes to ensure all aspects of the game meet high standardsManage project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and progress reportsProactively identify and mitigate project risksCollaborate with marketing and PR teams on go-to-market strategies and support product launchesTrack performance metrics of published titles and provide insights for future projectsCoordinate smooth game releases, managing localization efforts and customer support

Salary Range:$140,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in game production, project management, or a related field
  • Familiarity with AAA game development lifecycles and international game publishing processes
  • Experience working with releasement management, quality assurance, localization, and customer support processes
  • Strong project management and leadership skills, with proficiency in project management tools
  • Knowledge of game industry market trends, player preferences, and the competitive landscape
