Uppgifter och ansvar- Utföra QC-kontroller på framkört material
- Dokumentera kontrollresultaten
- Rapportera eventuella avvikelser till maskinoperatörer
- Utföra kompletterande mätningar på returnerat material
- Utföra slutkontroller och vara delaktig i hur vi ska arbeta med slutkontrollen effektivt
Tjänstens omfattning
Tjänsten är en tillsvidareanställning på 5-skift.
Om kvalitetsavdelningenVår avdelning består av engagerade kvalitetsoperatörer och kvalitetsingenjörer. Vi arbetar i ett labb och använder olika metoder för att testa de olika materialen vi producerar. Testerna kan bland annat innefatta kontroll av vidhäftning, förseglingsstyrka och GC-kontroll.
Våra kvalitetsoperatörer är en stor och viktig del av flödet i vår process av material och eftersom vi även utvecklar nya material finns det nya utmaningar och möjlighet för utveckling.
Din bakgrundDu har lägst gymnasieutbildning och gärna eftergymnasial utbildning inom t.ex. förpackningsteknik. Har du erfarenhet av arbete inom lab eller relevant arbetslivserfarenhet inom förpackningsindustrin samt har materialkunskap med fokus på förpackningsfilmer är det meriterande. Du har dessutom god datavana och kunskaper i engelska.
