Job Brief
This part-time remote role involves playing a crucial role in connecting clients with expert professionals. Your primary responsibility will be to schedule consultation calls between clients and experts, ensuring a seamless experience for both parties.

Key Tasks:

• Identify and qualify potential clients seeking expert advice.
• Understand clients' needs and match them with suitable experts.
• Schedule consultation calls between clients and experts.
• Ensure timely and effective communication with clients and experts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and experts.
• Meet performance metrics.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and client satisfaction.

Work Hours
We offer two daily sessions: 8:30-10:30 UK time and 3:00-5:00 UK time. Salary details will be discussed during the training session.
