The Opportunity
At Hitachi Energy, we're seeking a skilled Operations Planner to join our team at the Tank Shop in Ludvika. As an integral part of our production planning process, you'll play a crucial role in developing and optimizing efficient production plans.
You'll collaborate closely with departments such as production, procurement, and project management to drive improvements and resolve challenges. Your focus will be on ensuring the right resources are allocated and delivery reliability is maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and optimize work in the Tank shop to ensure timely delivery and resource efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal functions to identify cost-effective solutions and improve production processes.
- Monitor and adjust planning as needed to address quality and delivery challenges.
- Provide support for daily operations and contribute to maintaining steady production flows.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- You possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- A background in manufacturing or project management is highly desirable, as it will enable you to excel in this role.
