About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled System Manager to join our team at Digital Route AB. As a System Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliable, efficient, and secure operation of our IT systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • System Ownership and Management: You will be responsible for the day-to-day management, maintenance, and support of our critical systems, with a primary focus on Salesforce (CRM) and Maconomy (ERP).
  • System Accountability: Ensure that our IT systems are reliable, functional, and secure, meeting the needs of our organization and its users.
  • Requirements Definition: Collaborate with stakeholders to define system requirements, ensuring that our systems meet the needs of our business.
  • System Maintenance and Updates: Oversee the maintenance and updates of our systems, ensuring that they are up-to-date and running smoothly.
  • Security and Compliance: Implement security measures and ensure compliance with security policies, protecting our systems and data from potential threats.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring that our systems are running efficiently and effectively.
  • User Support and Training: Provide support and training to users, ensuring that they are able to effectively use our systems.
  • Vendor Management: Manage vendor relationships and contracts, ensuring that we are getting the best value from our vendors.
  • Budget Management: Plan and track system-related expenses, ensuring that we are staying within budget.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain documentation and generate reports, ensuring that we have a clear understanding of our systems and their performance.
  • Strategic Planning: Plan for system development and enhancements, ensuring that our systems are aligned with our business goals.
Requirements
  • System Expertise and Experience: Profound knowledge and extensive experience with Salesforce and various ERP systems, with additional proficiency in Maconomy considered a plus.
  • Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Troubleshoot and implement solutions, ensuring that our systems are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Communication Skills: Explain technical concepts clearly, ensuring that stakeholders understand the requirements and implications of system changes.
  • Project & Time Management: Manage projects and meet deadlines, ensuring that our systems are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Attention to Detail & Adaptability: Ensure accuracy and adapt to new technologies, ensuring that our systems are running efficiently and effectively.
  • Teamwork & Continuous Learning: Collaborate effectively and stay updated, ensuring that our team is working together to achieve our business goals.
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in IT or related field (preferred), 5+ years in system management, relevant certifications (ITIL, CISM), proficiency in operating systems, network protocols, cloud services, and scripting languages, strong cybersecurity knowledge.
