**Your Mission**
As a 3D Artist Manager at the Inter IKEA Group, your mission is to elevate our 3D artistry and ensure high-quality CGI and animations that inspire and authentically reflect the IKEA brand and values.
You will work closely with the 3D Artist, Technical, and Creative teams to deliver high-quality and consistent CGI output, leveraging your expertise in 3D workflows and tools to drive creative excellence.
Key Accountabilities- Team Leadership: Foster an inclusive culture that values every team member and provides a safe and supportive environment for growth and development.
- Quality Delivery: Support the deliveries of high-quality and consistent CGI output by securing best practices of documentation and implementation of the CGI production core process.
- Talent Development: Develop and maintain a strong external network and dialogue with CGI specialists within the field.
