Job Description:

The Senior Statistical Programmer will be responsible for developing process methodology to meet internal and external clients' needs. This involves planning and coordinating the development of integrated programming solutions, providing technical expertise and leadership to the department, and offering internal consulting services.

You will also act as a lead on studies, directly communicating with internal and client statisticians and clinical team members to ensure understanding of requirements and project timelines. Additionally, you will support the training of new or junior team members, estimate programming scope of work, manage resource assignments, communicate project status, and negotiate/re-negotiate project timelines for deliverables.
