Job Responsibilities

This role involves transforming communication into a powerful tool for business success.

As a Marketing Communications Coordinator, you will design and execute communication strategies and initiatives across digital and physical channels to boost performance and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement communication plans to drive performance and lead generation.
  2. Collaboration: Partner with key stakeholders to launch targeted campaigns that align with the global strategy.
  3. Initiative Leadership: Execute go-to-market communication plans, including engaging events, impactful webinars, co-branding activities, content marketing, and vibrant digital/social campaigns.
  4. Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze key metrics to optimize strategies, ensuring sustained growth and effectiveness.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  1. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing communications discipline.
  2. Experience: A minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
  3. Digital Expertise: Strong understanding of digital, web and social media marketing techniques.
  4. Technical Skills: Familiarity with marketing tools such as Optimizely CMS, Oracle Sales Cloud CRM, Eloqua, GoToWebinar, Canva and other content platforms.
  5. Channel Experience: Hands-on experience with go-to-market channels, including events, digital, social, and email marketing.
  6. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the certification market is a plus.
