Job Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Qualifications:

  • Degree in aviation management, engineering, law, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in regulatory compliance within the aviation sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of relevant aviation regulations and standards (EASA regulations).

Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

  1. Serve as the primary liaison between the training centre and technical managers.
  2. Assist in maintaining a comprehensive schedule for FSTD evaluations.
  3. Collaborate with technical managers to establish programs aimed at aligning simulators with regulatory requirements.
  4. Oversee the quality of the program to meet regulatory milestones.
  5. Monitor preparations for recurrent evaluations.
  6. Analyse and offer feedback to technical staff regarding objective test runs.
  7. Ensure adherence to FTOM procedures and promote best practices.
  8. Create effective solutions for issues arising during evaluations.
  9. Educate personnel on the importance of achieving full compliance with regulatory standards.
  10. Coordinate and organize qualification processes for new simulator projects and upgrades.
