We are looking for a Business Risk and Compliance Digital Partner to join our team at Inter IKEA Systems B.V.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Group Digital management and teams in risks' assessment, prioritization, and follow-up on risk responses.
  • Ensure that risk and compliance capabilities are well embedded when creating and executing towards strategic and tactical business objectives.
  • Drive implementation and monitor the performance of Ingka Business Risk & Compliance framework and practices.
  • Support digital team in mitigating risks with the relevant controls by being a bridge to internal control team.
  • Lead and inspire a risk and compliance performance mind-set, raise risk awareness, and promote a risk culture secure, right knowledge and competences needed to become risk aware and compliance conscious in running business.

You will report to the Business Risk & Compliance Business Manager.

You will be working closely with senior managers and stakeholders, matrix organisations etc., and have formal qualifications (e.g. CISA, CISM, CRISC) and/or proven knowledge in Digital risk management and assurance.
