Job Description: Student Intern - Regulatory Affairs Department

The Regulatory Affairs Department at tesa ensures that our products meet all regulatory standards and environmental guidelines.

As a Student Intern in this department, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting in the collection, organization, and analysis of material compliance data.
  • Preparing compliance documentation and reports.
  • Supporting the review and update of Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and Technical Data Sheets (TDS).
  • Conducting research on regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Participating in internal audits and compliance checks.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to compliance protocols.
  • Supporting the team in maintaining and updating compliance databases.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Chemistry, Environmental Science, Material Science, or related field.
  • A basic understanding of material compliance and regulatory standards (e.g., REACH, RoHS, etc.).
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Fluent in English, basic knowledge in German.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive.
