This role involves leading projects, developing new technical concepts, and designing new products. You will work closely with experts from different technology fields and contribute to the global roadmap execution.

As a member of our skilled global Technology Center team, you will have opportunities to use your creativity to solve complex challenges. You will work on exciting and varied tasks with a broad network internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead feasibility studies, develop new technical concepts, design new products, and simulate their expected performances using FEM software
  • Organize prototyping and testing activities to validate new technologies and products
  • Document and transfer knowledge and findings from R&D to production environment
  • Provide technical support to other departments when needed
  • Lead development projects on time, on budget, and on quality
  • Stay up to date with the latest technology solutions, international standards, market trends, and customer requirements relating to transformer high voltage bushings

Requirements:

  • University degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Deep knowledge of high voltage insulation components, preferably bushings
  • Responsible team player with structured, proactive, self-driven, and result-oriented work approach
  • Spirit of innovation, out-of-the-box thinking
  • 5+ years of experience in electrical engineering R&D role or similar
  • Fluency in English, written and spoken alike
