Job Title: Freight Broker

Begoma is seeking a skilled Freight Broker to join our team in Malmö. As a Freight Broker, you will be responsible for purchasing and selling transportation services in and through Europe. You will work closely with our team to achieve common goals and provide excellent customer service.

About the Company

Begoma is a family-owned logistics company that offers international transportation services by road, rail, air, sea, and container. We are one of Sweden's largest privately owned logistics companies with over 70 employees across eight offices in six countries and handle around 50,000 transportation assignments per year.

Responsibilities
  • Purchasing and selling transportation services in and through Europe
  • Working closely with our team to achieve common goals
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with transportation providers
  • Managing and negotiating transportation contracts
Requirements
  • Experience in the logistics industry and transportation brokerage is a plus
  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Fluency in Swedish and English
  • B-class driver's license
