We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our store leadership, you will be responsible for planning and achieving sales and profit goals.

You will lead, coach, and develop your team to ensure a great customer-first experience. This includes analyzing and following up on sales and profit KPIs, overseeing store operations, and ensuring best practices are followed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Profit:
  • Lead with a vision to secure the best experience for all colleagues and customers.
  • Analyze and follow up on sales and profit KPIs, taking actions to maximize results.
  • Oversee store operations and ensure best practices are followed in-store and in line with the area vision.
• People & Teams:
  • Ensure all employee relation responsibilities, legal requirements, and H&M policies are fulfilled.
  • Recruit, train, develop, and manage succession for your store.
  • Evaluate and manage the performance of your team through dialogues, development plans, and feedback.
  • Ensure health & safety, legal, and security issues are handled in accordance with H&M standards and local legislation.
