Job Description:

Senior OT/ICS Security Consultant

You will play a key role in guiding our clients through the complexities of securing their OT and ICS environments. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Consultancy: Act as a trusted security advisor to our clients, providing expert guidance on securing their OT/ICS environments.
  2. Security Assessments: Lead comprehensive risk and vulnerability assessments tailored to each client's unique needs.
  3. Strategy Development: Develop and implement security strategies that meet regulatory requirements and align with operational goals.
  4. Project Leadership: Manage projects from inception to completion, including leading multidisciplinary teams and coordinating with stakeholders.
  5. Innovation: Stay at the forefront of technological advancements, exploring new methods and tools to enhance security in OT/ICS environments.
What We Expect

We're looking for an experienced professional who combines technical expertise with strategic vision. You should have:

  1. Extensive Experience: A strong background in OT/ICS security, with significant experience in manufacturing or process industries.
  2. Deep Expertise: Proficiency in industry standards and frameworks such as IEC 62443, NIST 800-82, or NERC CIP.
  3. Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, manage projects, and drive change.
  4. Excellent Communication: Top-notch communication skills, able to explain complex security concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
