Your Role

You will lead and nurture relationships with our largest existing merchants, ensuring their success and satisfaction while driving business growth. You will collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions and strategies that meet our merchants' requirements.

What You Will Do

  • Lead complex negotiations to drive business growth.
  • Develop and implement strategies to expand our merchant base.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive results.

What We Are Looking For

  • At least 4 years of experience in key account management, preferably in e-commerce and/or payments.
  • Proven track record of delivering results in complex negotiations.
  • You have a high level of energy and engagement, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • You are a structured individual who enjoys working with multiple stakeholders.
