As a Special Mission Flight Instructor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and effectiveness of our operations. This role involves working closely with our customers to develop and deliver comprehensive training programs tailored to their specific needs.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in flight operations, EASA ATPL or CPL, 3000h minimum flight hours, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently and take initiative.

Key responsibilities include instructional duties as a Flight Instructor, carrying out corporate flight under our AOC, developing training concepts, providing on-site pilot advisory support for customers, and conducting simulator sessions, aircraft flight training, ground school training, assessing crew performance, and providing constructive feedback to enhance their skills and knowledge.

This position requires worldwide travel and can require extended time away from home base. However, the main location is at our Saab site in Linköping, Sweden.

We see that you have the following qualifications:

  • EASA ATPL or CPL
  • 3000h minimum flight hours

Selection will be based on an interview with the flight operations department, psychological assessment, test results regarding alcohol and drug use, Saab security assessment, and your ability to substantiate your activities in the last 5 years according to security legislation for air crew.

This position requires passing a security vetting based on current regulations around security protection.

As a Special Mission Flight Instructor, you will contribute to maintaining high standards of safety and operational excellence for our customers.
