Job Requirements

We are looking for talented individuals who share our passion for innovation, sustainability, and making a positive impact. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering or a related field, with experience in warehousing, maintenance, and workshop operations within heavy industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations in our warehouse and workshop teams, ensuring timely material deliveries, fostering collaboration with suppliers and delivery partners, and driving operational improvements. They will also develop strategies aligned with Stegra's business and sustainability goals, focusing on resource optimization and eco-friendly practices.
