About the Role

As a Teamcenter Solutions Architect at Hitachi Vantara Corporation, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative Teamcenter solutions that meet business requirements. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the success of our clients.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and drive To-Be system design with stakeholders.
  2. Map PLM requirements to Teamcenter framework, ensuring seamless integration.
  3. Troubleshoot product & technology limitations and issues, providing effective solutions.
  4. Lead project development and drive the development team towards successful outcomes.
  5. Incorporate PLM/Teamcenter Development Best Practices to ensure high-quality results.

Your Background

  1. You have in-depth knowledge of Teamcenter UA Product, including Engineering Data Management, BOM Management Workflow, BOM Management, and Change Management.
  2. Skilled in mapping business requirements to PLM/Teamcenter framework, ensuring accurate translation.
  3. Familiarity with Teamcenter Solution Designing for both Client and Server and integration with third-party applications like SAP4Hana, NX, and ECAD Tools.
  4. Experience in Active Workspace configuration and customization, as well as Teamcenter architecture and Data Model configuration.
  5. Proven expertise in installing and configuring 2-Tier & 4-Tier clients, file management server, dispatcher server & CAD integration.
  6. Basic problem-solving skills to resolve application issues, troubleshoot, and conduct root cause analysis.
  7. Strong coding & architecture skills, Teamcenter client server customization, Teamcenter services SOA customization.
  8. Exposure to real-time customer environments & implementation of Teamcenter product solutions.
  9. Proficient in English since you will be part of an international setting where you will exchange knowledge with people from all over the world.

What We Are Looking For

  1. Experience of Multi BOM Management in TC and AWC latest versions.
  2. Understanding of how to move from RAC to AWC world (knowing the soul of TC AWC data model and Multi BOM Management capability).
  3. Understanding of Multi BOM management in ETO world.
  4. Understanding of large solutions, products in products, like power stations, plants, and ships.
  5. Understanding that this type of solution has an ecosystem model that contains a lot of external designs, external production in multiple suppliers/multiple locations, some internal production, production in multiple locations.

Language Skills

  1. C/C++ programming language and TC server side (ITK & SOA) customization.
  2. Declarative UI configuration (Active Workspace) and customization.
  3. Good knowledge of web technologies e.g., XSLT, HTML, JavaScript, JSON, Teamcenter ITK, SOA programming, web methods & web service architecture.
