The Role

As a Fullstack Developer at Freemelt, you will serve as a bridge between the 3D printer and the external world. The printer's internal computer runs on a Debian GNU/Linux system, offering an API for printer control and generating a wealth of metrics and data (gRPC, MQTT). The peripheral computers surrounding the printer provide user interfaces that enable users to control the printer, interpret the data it produces, and plan their printing activities (React, ).

Your Responsibilities

• Develop user interfaces that are intuitive and user-friendly.
• Analyze and display data from the printer to provide valuable insights.
• Integrate cloud-based data solutions to enhance the printer's capabilities.

Collaboration and Teamwork

You will work closely with our interaction designer on user interface development and collaborate with other software developers in the team. Our small team size allows for significant influence over the system's development. We embrace open-source solutions and innovative technologies.

Reporting and Autonomy

You will report to the Head of Product Management, but we operate in a non-hierarchical and autonomous team environment.

Requirements

• Proficiency in React,, TypeScript, JavaScript.
• Fluency in English.
• Residence in the Gothenburg area.

Desirable Skills

• MQTT, gRPC, Grafana, Flutter, databases, Linux, AWS.
• Python (for data analysis).
• Swedish.
