About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Fullstack Developer/Scrum Master to join our dynamic team at We IT Global AB. As a key member of our Agile DevOps team, you will play a central role in designing and developing applications with a strong focus on customer experience, based on modern technologies and architecture.

In addition to your role as a developer, you will also serve as a Scrum Master, coaching and guiding our Agile Software Engineers to design and develop the best customer experience and sustainable solutions. You will have a broad area of responsibility and freedom to influence what develops and in what way, working closely with a team of experienced IT developers.

As a Fullstack Developer/Scrum Master, you will be responsible for:

  • Enabling and facilitating the best possible solution design and technical solution to be implemented from a holistic perspective on customer experience.
  • Using your deep knowledge of the product's technical setup and usage to continuously iterate and product improvements together with your colleagues and Product Owners.
  • Ensuring that our solutions are safe, robust, and durable (secure software development).
  • Facilitating collaboration with engineers, Product Owners, and UX designers to translate requirements into user-ready technical solutions.
  • Promoting high-quality software development methods to continuously deliver features and improvements.
  • Using, advocating, and disseminating modern agile software development methods and contributing to developing good standards of engineering practice within your team and in our developer communities.
  • Enabling a first-class developer experience.
  • Facilitating all Scrum ceremonies, including refinement.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • More than 3 years of experience in Angular (version 14+), HTML5, CSS, TypeScript, JavaScript, Azure DevOps, Git & Gitflow, MS Azure, MS Visual Studio, Docker, CI/CD, CMS EpiServer/Optimizly, and C# 3-4 (.NET Framework + .NET Core 7 and up).
  • A certified Scrum Master with more than 2 years of experience in the role.

We welcome candidates with experience in:

  • Web analysis tools such as Google Analytics or Piwik PRO.
  • Setting up SQL and databases.
  • Understanding authentication and Open identity.
  • Setting up automation tests and testing diligently before release.
  • Having used SonarQube or Github Advance.
  • Speaking English fluently, both in speech and writing. Knowledge of Swedish is a plus.
