Qualifications and Requirements
  • PhD degree in computer science, bioinformatics, statistics, or relevant scientific omics subject.
  • Experience in Unix/Linux operating systems and R/Matlab, as well as an established general-purpose language, Python is preferred.
  • Versatility in information technology, including data management and visualization.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Experience in managing and analyzing large datasets.
  • Demonstrated experience in core competency areas: Mass-spectrometry based omics, multivariate and/or high dimensional data analysis (-omics), data management, and visualization.
