About the Role
  • Leadership: Lead high-performing teams responsible for customer success, support, and professional services.
  • Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior management to develop business strategies and plans to achieve growth goals.
  • Expansion: Drive global expansion and internationalization efforts to establish a strong presence worldwide.
  • Commercialization: Foster revenue growth through strategic upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
Requirements and Qualifications

A seasoned sales leader with extensive experience in the B2B software industry, possessing a strong track record of driving revenue growth and building high-performing teams.

Exceptional leadership skills, with a proven ability to manage complex sales teams and drive business results.

Fluent English language proficiency is essential, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Reporting and Accountabilities

You will be responsible for interacting closely with Monterro's senior management team and contributing significantly to the company's growth journey.

Directly reporting to the CEO Isac Wiksten, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's future and driving its continued success.
