Job Overview

The Area Manager - Compliance & Tech will serve as the trusted adviser to leaders and key stakeholders within the Cyber Security & Privacy Unit at TN Sweden.

This role requires a strong understanding of cyber security and data privacy strategies, architecture, policies, and processes. The successful candidate will lead a team of cyber security professionals in driving the PCI program, internal and external audits, technical security architecture, and compliance with business and delivery units.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Lead a team of cyber security professionals driving the PCI program, security-related internal and external audits, technical security architecture, and compliance.
  2. Develop and maintain resources and services to support the team's work.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders to understand their cyber security needs and ensure those needs are met.
  4. Ensure that the team's work aligns with the company's overall cyber security strategy and goals.
  5. Manage the team's day-to-day operations, including resource allocation, performance management, and budget planning.
  6. Collaborate with other cyber security teams to identify and address risks and vulnerabilities across the organization.
  7. Stay up-to-date with the latest cyber security trends and best practices and share that knowledge with the team and business stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications

Mandatory Skills and Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in cyber security, with a focus on providing strategic advice to business and delivery units.
  • 3+ years of experience in a management or leadership role.
  • Proven skills in developing and coaching direct reports.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other cyber security teams and business stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of cyber security frameworks, standards, and regulations, such as ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, and GDPR.
  • CISM, CISSP, CISA or other related certifications are preferred but not mandatory.
