Cell Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

The Cell Supervisor will be responsible for leading and coordinating work within their production cell, focusing on safety, quality, production goals, productivity, and costs.

Main Responsibilities

• Leadership: Lead and motivate the team, ensuring that machines operate correctly, and that all processes follow our standards and guidelines.
• Improvement Initiatives: Identify opportunities for improvement and lead projects to increase productivity, reduce costs, and enhance quality.
• Quality and Safety: Ensure that the team works according to IWS methodology and that production processes adhere to safety and quality standards.
• Analysis and Reporting: Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Experience: At least 3 years of experience in production work in a leadership role.
• Skills and Qualifications: Knowledge of Swedish labor law and occupational health legislation, experience in production processes, project management, and improvement programs such as KAIZEN, TPM, SMED, Lean, and 5S.
• Languages: Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
