About the Program

Prysmian Group is proud to offer a unique Graduate Program that combines technical training, international experience, and career development opportunities. As a Prysmian Graduate, you will embark on a two-year journey that will challenge you to grow professionally and personally.

Program Highlights

• A one-week Global Induction in Milan, where you will learn about Prysmian's business and culture.
• A one-year job rotation in two different departments: Research & Development and Operations.
• An international assignment for three years in one of our 50+ countries, where you will develop your technical skills and work with a diverse team.

Requirements

• You have graduated in the last 24 months or are completing a degree in STEM fields.
• You speak English fluently.
• You have worked or studied abroad and/or are willing to join an international experience with Prysmian.
• You have excellent communication and presentation skills.
• You enjoy learning and working with others.
