At TN Sweden, we're driving innovation in the aerospace and defense sector by seeking a Senior Solution Architect with expertise in cloud computing platforms, particularly AWS and Azure. In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge solutions that meet the complex needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain enterprise-level solution architectures for aerospace and defense projects, ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications, fostering effective communication and project management.
- Design scalable, secure, and efficient cloud-based solutions using platforms like AWS and Azure, staying current with emerging trends and technologies in the industry.
- Lead the evaluation and integration of new technologies to enhance our product offerings, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior architects and development teams, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
- Evaluate industry standards and regulations in all solution designs, ensuring compliance and adherence to relevant guidelines.
- Presentation of complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, utilizing excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Participate in pre-sales activities and contribute to proposal development, effectively communicating our value proposition to clients.
- Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in the aerospace and defense sector, applying your expertise to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in solution architecture, with at least 5 years in the aerospace and defense industry.
- Proven track record of successful large-scale project implementations.
- Expertise in cloud computing platforms, particularly AWS and Azure.
- Proficiency in systems engineering principles and software development methodologies.
- Advanced skills in data modeling and analysis.
- Excellent project management abilities.
- In-depth understanding of aerospace and defense industry, including military systems and requirements.
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance standards in the defense sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to obtain and maintain necessary security clearances may be required.
