Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Automation Engineer to join our team at Galderma Pharma S.A.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing the implementation of engineering plans and programs associated with operational automation systems and manufacturing lines.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Troubleshooting and Maintenance Support: Provide expert support for existing automation systems, ensuring maximum uptime and system performance.
  2. System Development: Program and configure automation systems, PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA solutions.
  3. Collaboration and Alignment: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with site and project requirements.
  4. Continuous Improvement: Implement best practices for system reliability, scalability, and Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE).

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical, control, or electronic engineering.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in automation.
  • Previous experience within GMP and Part 11 or alternatively from a related regulatory industry.
