Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the CSRD Implementation Process: Ensure compliance with sustainability reporting standards and develop strategies to improve reporting capabilities.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Gather relevant data and information necessary for accurate sustainability reporting, and provide guidance to internal teams on CSRD requirements and best practices.
  • Develop and Maintain Documentation: Create and update documentation related to CSRD implementation processes, including policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Provide Training and Guidance: Offer training and support to internal teams on CSRD requirements, sustainability reporting best practices, and company policies.
  • Conduct Regular Assessments: Ensure ongoing compliance with CSRD guidelines and identify areas for improvement.
  • Liaise with Stakeholders: Act as a liaison between various stakeholders to promote transparency and effective communication regarding sustainability initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in sustainability reporting, compliance, or related fields.
  • Strong Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of CSRD and other relevant sustainability frameworks and regulations.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Project Management Experience: Experience in project management and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
