Your mission will be to drive sustainability, customer profitability, and employee engagement based on our foundation of 'Driving the Shift'. As trusted experts in communication, you'll execute tasks with precision and purpose.

The cornerstone of our event experience planning is our experience office, prioritizing assignments with clear KPIs and ensuring a seamless customer journey. Our dedicated team maximizes productivity by managing bookings, staffing showrooms, and organizing visits, events, and guided tours in production areas.

Your Role/Working Area

To ensure visitor operations continuity, you'll maintain a dialogue with production contacts, ensuring safety and a premium experience for visitors. This role requires being a bridge between visitor operations and daily production, communicating effectively to keep Guides and Guest Coordinators informed of changes affecting visits.

You'll also be part of our global visitor network and work with the Showroom Developer to maintain and develop visitor areas in production. Statistics and data analysis support business decisions, while responsibilities include managing invoices, budgets, and purchasing agencies and materials.

  • Act as primary contact person for PRUs regarding security issues, deviations, and production adjustments affecting visits
  • Coordinate and develop visit areas and visitor experiences
  • Coordinate content creation, implementation, and improvement of information flow in visit areas with the Showroom Developer
  • Perform data analysis to support business decisions and reporting; develop dashboards to visualize statistics and other KPIs
  • Handle invoicing and other administrative tasks related to assignments
